Over six years ago, my marriage had hit the rocks. I needed to take charge of my destiny.
After 15 years of teaching in Poland, I moved to the UK and became a certified to become a Personal Development Coach. With two kids to look after, the idea of building a successful coaching business was my only ticket to creating the freedom I desired.
Even though I had over 85,000,000 hours of teaching experience and killer coaching skills, I didn't know how to "market myself" and attract a flow of clients who would want to work with a life coach then.
I had to learn, and fast. That meant finding my art as a coach. Who was I? What exactly did I do? What problem was I meant to solve in the world? What was my mission and purpose? What solution was I offering and why?
With the help of some extraordinary mentors and coaches, I unearthed my Gold Dust of experience and discovered my ideal soulmate client was me! Coaches/Consultants/Trainers.
With my teaching experience, curriculum design skills and my coaching skills, I was going to help them package and design signature online courses so that they could leverage their income, influence and impact.
In the beginning of 2018, I too went through the usual worries - would people want to work with me? Was I good enough? Did I need more diplomas? Where was I going to find all these clients?
My determination to figure it out fast lead me to mastering the Art of Content creation as an alignment marketing strategy. Attracting business by simply being myself in all shades of grey.
I soon became known as The Gold Dust Queen, attracted a consistent flow of dream clients that wanted to create and launch their own courses, was voted Top 50 most impactful leaders on LinkedIn, attracted incredible opportunities such as working with The United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) and starring on podcasts and TV Interviews with Smile Jamaica and Sheroes with the Oprah Winfrey of Ghana, Anita Erskine. I also became Board Member of The Educational Communities Worldwide and have the chance to impact lives of under-resourced students in Ghana.
Mastering the Art and Science of Creating effective content that actually drives strategic actions was paramount to my success online.
